Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date. Once we’ve shipped it, Australian orders will arrive within 2-5 business days and New Zealand orders will arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders can take between 10-20 days.

If we’ve shipped your order we aren’t able to cancel it, so if you do wish to cancel, please contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.

We are committed to handling and packing your order with care, however, in the instance that something didn’t go to plan, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you.
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- I received my order in poor condition
- I ordered the wrong size
All products sent back for an exchange or return need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any exchange. It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect condition. For further information, please see our returns policy.
You have 14 days starting from the day of delivery of your order to proceed with an exchange or return.
